David has been a solicitor for over 27 years and ran his own law practice for 12 years. Prior to being admitted as a solicitor, David was a commercial banker for approximately 15 years. It was during those years that he developed a strong passion for the law. He became involved with debt recovery, loan securities and becoming an in-house counsel.

His main interests are commercial transactions and disputes, leasing, construction and wills and estates.

In addition to his Diploma in Law, David also holds an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency and Bankruptcy and a Certificate from the Securities Institute of Australia.

David’s extensive qualifications and experience enable him to thoroughly advise clients on these matters and provide better outcomes.
