Suzannah was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2003 and to the High Court of Australia in 2005. With degrees in Law and Business, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, she brings over two decades of experience in property, commercial and estate planning law.

Since joining Landmark Legal in 2020, Suzannah has been a trusted advisor to our clients. She offers extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing across several states including NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and ACT.

Suzannah represents individuals, families, companies, trusts and Self-Managed Super Funds across a broad range of matters including business sales and purchases, commercial and retail leases, joint ventures, private lending and a variety of commercial transactions. As part of our Wills & Estates team she drafts standard and discretionary testamentary trust wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships, and manages deceased estate administration with care and sensitivity.

Suzannah enjoys educating clients as to their legal options and rights, explaining complex legal concepts in plain English. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and ensures their interests are well protected. Her practical advice and ability to demystify legal processes combine to ensure her clients feel confident every step of the way.

In her spare time, Suzannah enjoys supporting her four children in their various sporting pursuits, swimming and exercising at her local beaches, and walking her cherished toy poodle, Missy.
